PRIVACY:

CRUISING for SEX (CFS.com, LLC) will not solicit you with any materials via the US mail or share your private information with any other organization, business or individual. We may, from time to time, send you email notification when new titles are released or if we're offering special deals. You may remove yourself from this list at any time by writing us at support@cfsporn.com.

ORDERING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Fullfillment of video orders may be processed using a safe, secure shopping cart with credit card processing provided by Netbilling. The charge on your credit card bill will appear as CFS.com, LLC.

All orders must be paid in United States currency. In addition to the charge for each video, each order includes shipping and handling fees (non-refundable) and are clearly stated in the ordering process before you submit your order for credit card approval or on the order form with mail or faxed orders. Applicable shipping and handling charges are calculated by quantity and/or type of shipping services chosen as well as shipping destination. Incorrect totals delay order processing and WILL BE adjusted accordingly.

Generally, we use FEDEX services (Ground and Express) as our shipper of choice. However, we may use other carriers or means for shipping for our convenience. Orders can ONLY be shipped to street addresses. We DO NOT ship to post offices (P O Boxes).

Typically, we process orders within 3-4 days of receipt, Monday through Thursday, for regular ground shipping. Orders requesting expedited shipping services, Overnight or 2nd Day delivery, take priority and are shipped as requested, Monday through Friday. However, no orders are processed on the weekends or holidays. All Ground orders shipped within the United States and Canada should arrive in 7 to 10 business days after orders are processed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays and should not be counted for delivery days. Rural, remote areas or prohibitive weather may cause some delay. We provide you with tracking information, when possible, which can be helpful. All orders are discreetly shipped in plain protective packaging or (Air Service boxes). The wording 'Cruising for Sex' or 'CRUISING for SEX Porn' does not appear on the outside of our packaging.

As examples, a regular order, with Ground Service, received Saturday, Sunday or Monday, is processed by Tuesday and shipped by Wednesday. Moreover, a similar order received on Thursday or Friday is processed on Monday and shipped by Tuesday. Our usual turnaround time might surprise you though!

RETURNS:

All returns must be properly authorized. Damaged or defective videos are allowed for return and will be replaced. Please retain original packaging and all damaged contents. Some shipping carriers may wish to inspect if a claim is made. When the mistake is ours, mis-shipped (wrong) orders are also allowed for return and will be exchanged. You must notify us immediately for damaged, defective or mistaken order fulfillment. We will inform you what you will need to do. All return authorization requests must be written and should be e-mailed to support@cfsporn.com or faxed to us at 866-410-2377 or 646-873-7727. Lost orders will be replaced if we're notified within 15 days of order date. Should an order be refused or unclaimed, the customer will be expected to pay all shipping and handling fees.

REFUNDS:

You may request a refund or credit in writing by e-mailing support@cfsporn.com or by fax at 866-410-2377 or 646-873-7727. Refunds may not appear on your credit card statement until the NEXT billing cycle (this could take 30 days or more). Any returns must be authorized and received before a refund or credit will be issued. We will notify you within 72 hours after receipt of your request. In no event are shipping and handling charges refundable.

DECLARATIONS:

To purchase our videos, you state that: "I hereby swear that I am 18 years of age or older and wish to purchase and view adult material. I am not a member of any law enforcement agency or working for or on behalf of any law enforcement agency or Postmaster. Possessing adult material is within my community standards. I swear that I will not distribute or copy this video or any of the material in part or in whole in any fashion. I also certify that I do not intend to share it with minors or anyone opposed to sexually explicit material."

COMPLIANCE:
